ACG products and services are intended for businesses and organizations, and not individual consumers or end-users. In some cases, while providing these services, we may process personal information of consumers or end-users at the direction of our enterprise customers. When we do so, we act as a service provider or a “data processor” on behalf of those organizations. We do not control or take responsibility for the privacy practices of those organizations. This privacy statement does not apply to personal information we process as a service provider or data processor for our enterprise customers.
