  • Access to call logs: This is used to update your CRM with information pertaining to telephonic conversations between the user and the customer. The use of this permission is limited to gathering information about call status or call duration.
  • Access to Location: This information is used to update your CRM to meaningfully interpret and enable features that help with customer visits. Features related to planning visits and reporting on customer visits are automated by use of this permission.
  • Access to Contacts: This permission is used to provide seamless two way updation of your CRM records with the contacts on your device.
  • Information and inferences thereof are generated and stored only to meet the objectives of the user organization. This data is unavailable to other customers and any algorithmic process that does not exclusively benefit the user whose device allowed the permission.
